Are all of your products gluten free certified?
Yes, all of our products are gluten free certified by GFCO and made in a 100% dedicated gluten free facility. Our facility follows strict manufacturing processes to decrease the chances of cross contamination. If you have any questions please send us a message.
What are the allergens in the products and/or the facility?
All of our products have eggs. Baguettes and dinner rolls have egg whites. Our burger buns have eggs, butter and milk.
What is not inside your products.
Unpronounceable ingredients, artificial preservatives or chemicals to hide the “gluten free taste.”
Our baguettes and French dinner rolls are gluten, dairy, soy, refined sugar and nuts free.

WHAT ABOUT OUR AMAZING BREADS?

How do I store my breads?
We do not use any artificial preservatives, so we recommend freezing them and heating them when you are ready to eat!
Can I keep the breads in the fridge?
Yes, you can keep the baguette and dinner rolls in fridge for approximately one week. We recommend heating them up in the oven or toaster before eating to ensure you have the perfect crunchy crust and moist crumb.
We recommend keeping the burger buns in the freezer and warming them up in the microwave for 50 seconds before eating.
What are the best ways to prepare the breads?
Baguette and dinner rolls: if they are ambient temperature or in the fridge, preheat the oven to 400oF, and leave it for 5 minutes or you can use a toaster. If they are in the freezer, leave it for 10 minutes.
Burger buns: put it in the microwave for 50 seconds.
How can I make my baguette more crunchy?
Do not let it thaw, preheat the oven to 400oF, and leave the baguettes for approximately 10-15 minutes.
How can I make my baguette less crunchy?
Let the baguette thaw, preheat the oven to 400F and warm the baguettes for 5 minutes. Let them cool before eating.
What are the breads made of?
We use a mix of different flours to achieve the perfect taste and texture. All of our flours are non-GMO and we also use whole grain brown rice and sorghum flour. To know more about the ingredients click here.
What is xanthan gum?
Xanthan Gum is a plant-based thickening and stabilizing agent. We use a very small amount to prevent ingredients from separating and as an emulsifier.
