*Our flours are sourced from regenerative farming and are non-GMO.

STORAGE & PREPARATION

Our Freshness Promise

At Gifted Breads, we’re dedicated to delivering your bread as fresh as possible, straight from our ovens to your doorstep. Since we do not use artificial preservatives, please freeze your bread immediately upon arrival to maintain its quality and ensure it lasts until the best-by date.

Heating Instructions

For the freshly baked taste and aroma, follow these easy heating instructions:

1) Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2) Remove the bread from its packaging.
*Extra Tip: For an even crispier crust, lightly brush a bit of water on top before baking.

3) Heating Times:

Frozen Bread: Bake for 10 minutes or until the interior is warm.
Room Temperature Bread: Bake for 5 minutes or until the interior is warm.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

We ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays through UPS to ensure the bread arrives as fresh as possible and to prevent it from being held at UPS' warehouse over the weekend. If you're nearby Chicago and delivery takes one business day, we might ship your order on Wednesday as well. Delivery times vary depending on location. Shipping within the US only. No PO boxes.

We send the bread to you fresh, but when you receive them, please freeze them promptly. We don't use artificial preservatives. Make sure to follow the heating instructions for the best bread experience.

PICK UP

Pick up your order at 2021 W Fulton St, Ste K219, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM. To ensure your breads are ready, please email us at sales@giftedbreads.com with your preferred pickup date and time.

The best

Gifted Breads are the best gluten free breads! They have a wonderful texture, slice perfectly and taste like wheat breads. I especially enjoy the rolls when I need one for a hamburger or larger sandwich.

Always great. You would never know there is no gluten.

You won’t miss the “real” one

This baguette is one of my favorite! you don’t even realize it’s gluten free. My husband who can have gluten enjoyed it and it’s something we can share together. It’s delicious plain and simple and great quality.

Bread Again...Yay!

This gluten free bread is an incredible treat. It is much more satisfying than the other GF breads out there, which are often dry and crumby. And it is safe for celiacs. The baguette may look small, but it is really delicious, fresh from the oven. I will definitely order this again to keep on hand in my freezer.
