Important Reminders:

  • Our breads are fresh and free from artificial preservatives, so please freeze them promptly upon arrival.
  • For the best results, preheat your oven before reheating the bread.
  • Lightly sprinkle water or brush with olive oil on top before baking to restore that just-baked freshness.

How do I store my bread?

We don’t use artificial preservatives, so freeze the bread and heat it up in the oven when you are ready to try them. Please do not eat it straight from the bag.

Are they Pareve?

Absolutely! Certified by cRc.

Are they really gluten-free?

We hear that a lot - but no worries, you are safe! They are gluten-free, we test them at even higher standards than requested by GFCO and of course we are GFCO certified.

What’s the best way to prepare the bread?

According to the heating instructions available on the packaging.

How can I make my baguette crunchier?

Heat directly from frozen in a 400°F oven for 10-15 minutes.

How can I make my baguette less crunchy?

Thaw the baguette, then warm it in a 400°F oven for 5 minutes. Let it cool before eating.

What are the breads made of?

We use a blend of non-GMO flours, including whole grain brown rice and sorghum, to achieve the perfect taste and texture in our breads. For more details, visit the “About Us” section on our website.

What is xanthan gum?

Xanthan gum is a plant-based thickener that helps stabilize ingredients and prevent separation. We use it in small amounts as an emulsifier.
