Unlike traditional gluten-free breads, ours are crafted using high-quality, whole grain, non-GMO flours. Gifted Breads is more than just a bakery—it’s a mission to bring people together through food, regardless of dietary needs. I know how isolating it can be when you’re the only one at the table with dietary restrictions, and I wanted to change that experience for others at home and in restaurants. I left my career as a lawyer and poured my heart into creating something better—real bread for people like me. No seed oils, no artificial preservatives—just simple, clean ingredients. I wanted to create something that my kids and I could enjoy every day. And we did it. We’re consistently working on new breads and allergen-friendly options to ensure everyone gets a seat at the table.

  • Our breads don’t taste like your regular gluten-free bread because they’re not made like traditional gluten-free breads. It is a priority for us to use whole grains, to be rich in nutrients and eliminate artificial preservatives or seed oils. What you get is real bread that tastes just like it came out of a bakery.

    We offer allergen-friendly, vegan and plant-based options, carefully crafted in a facility where eggs are used in other products. We have strict protocols in place to prevent cross-contamination.

  • Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour

    This flour is one of our key ingredients, packed with fiber and rich in essential nutrients like vitamin B6, folate, riboflavin (B2), potassium, manganese, and calcium. It promotes heart health and supports overall well-being.

  • Tapioca Starch

    Tapioca starch is derived from the cassava root, a tuber native to South America. It’s a versatile ingredient, often used in dishes across Africa, Asia, and South America, and is essential for achieving the perfect texture in our bread.

  • Sorghum Flour

    Sorghum is an ancient grain full of B vitamins, magnesium, antioxidants, fiber, and plant-based protein. It supports healthy metabolism, nerve and bone health, and helps in digestion. This whole grain flour adds both flavor and nutritional benefits to our bread.

  • Xanthan Gum

    We use a small amount of xanthan gum to give our bread its elasticity and structure. It’s produced through a natural fermentation process and plays an essential role in gluten-free baking by helping mimic the texture of traditional bread.

  • Organic Cane Sugar

    Our breads contain a touch of organic cane sugar, which we use solely to feed the yeast during fermentation. This enhances the bread’s rise and texture without adding unnecessary sweetness.

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    Instead of highly processed vegetable oils, we use only the best extra virgin olive oils—the least processed and most nutritious variety. Rich in antioxidants and healthy monounsaturated fats, it adds both flavor and health benefits to our bread, supporting heart health and overall well-being.
