We make real bread, minus the gluten, by using real ingredients, free of seed oils and artificial preservatives. Our facility is gluten, dairy, soy & nut free.
Our journey began with a personal need—our founder, Tathy, was diagnosed with celiac disease and was determined to recreate her favorite comfort food, bread and butter, just as she remembered it.

I was pretty much fed up with trying to find any good gluten-free breads after 20 years being GF/DF but gifted breads but hope back into my life! Now I can have a real sandwich or enjoy some bruschetta on some delicious bread! There’s even some fiber in there (note-I’d like more please!). Truly wonderful!

There isn't a single baguette I've had that comes close to how good these are
Amazing bread! Smells wonderful as it toasts. I pop one in the air fryer on 375°F for about 10 min or until defrosted. It’s doughy and delicious just like I remember bread was before gluten was my enemy. Wonderful company to work with! Can’t wait to try everything.

I would genuinely never know these were gluten free. The baguettes are perfectly crusty on the outside with a soft, tender crumb, such a good chew, and so much flavor. And they make an AMAZING sandwich. Gifted Breads absolutely nailed it.

My father in law is difficult to please. He recently discovered he has celiac disease and has been trying lots of gluten free products. Months after receiving his Tasting Basket he admitted it was the best gf bread he has eaten.
UPS crushed the box the bread came in and it was very warm. I immediately got it in the freezer and contacted GB and they advised accordingly. I was able to try everything and fell in love with all of it!! GB made everything right and that is top-notch customer service!

I met this team at both NPEW and IDDBA this year and after sampling new that I was a customer for sure. Being Celiac it's hard to find not only good enough but great bread products. If your looking for great this is you new go to place.
