Our journey began from a personal need – our founder, diagnosed with celiac disease, was determined to create a bread that didn't just meet dietary requirements but was also a delight to the taste buds. The result? Handmade, artisan, fully baked loaves that are frozen immediately to seal in the freshness, ensuring that each slice is as delicious as it is nutritious.

Our mission at Gifted Breads is to bring family and friends together through food, irrespective of their food intolerances. We firmly believe that sharing a meal is an opportunity to connect with loved ones, creating cherished moments and memories. When we discovered our gluten intolerance, we realized that these experiences became more challenging to enjoy. That's why Gifted Breads is dedicated to bringing these moments back to you.

We are proud to announce our partnership with the North Lawndale Employment Network (NLEN), an organization committed to empowering residents of the North Lawndale neighborhood and nearby areas who are underemployed or unemployed. NLEN offers crucial assistance to individuals facing various difficulties, including reentry from incarceration and financial instability.
