Shipping:

We ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays through UPS to ensure the bread arrives as fresh as possible and to prevent it from being held at UPS' warehouse over the weekend. If you're nearby Chicago and delivery takes one business day, we might ship your order on Wednesday as well. Delivery times vary depending on location. Shipping within the US only. No PO boxes.

We send the bread to you fresh, but when you receive them, please freeze them promptly. We don't use artificial preservatives. Make sure to follow the heating instructions for the best bread experience.

Ingredients (all of our flours are NON-GMO):

Demi-baguette: water, whole grain brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, egg white, sorghum flour, cornstarch, extra virgin olive oil, honey, salt, yeast, xanthan gum, apple cider vinegar. Contains egg.

The sub rolls and baguettes are AMAZING and worth every penny. To be able to have a real meatball sub makes me so happy, and bread with a salad---magic! You can't tell that these are gluten free (OK, maybe a smidge sticky, but who cares--the flavor is there!)

Best GF Bread!

I’m celiac, dairy free, and nut free. I typically don’t eat manufactured gf breads because they are rarely worth the cost or calories and I often just make my own baked goods to be safe. Gifted Bread is amazing! It is a PLEASURE to eat… I mean, they dangerously delicious! And they so easy to grab from the freezer. I recommend 100% to anyone.

GF French Demi-Baguettes

My family loves these breads. I am the only one GF but the rest of the family want them also. These are the closest to real French baguettes I have found.
