Our journey began with a personal need—our founder, Tathy, was diagnosed with celiac disease and was determined to recreate her favorite comfort food, bread and butter, just as she remembered it.

I ordered the Gluten-Free French Dinner Rolls for a gathering which included some GF people. Guests who weren’t GF (which included myself) were surprised that they tasted so good and not like a GF bread at all. Yes, I would recommend these!
I was so excited to see this added to the GF Vegan line up. The pretzel taste is perfectly subtle, and the bread is so good I always double-check the package making sure I didn’t accidentally gluten myself.
The dinner rolls not only taste fresh, the inside is soft and outside is crunchy, which I love!!! The rolls DO NOT fall apart. Honest, they taste just like what you’d get if they weren’t gluten free.
This is by far the best gluten free bread I’ve found so far! Since being diagnosed with celiac 8 years ago I’ve tried pretty much everything on the market. And customer service is top-notch. My first order got delayed (by the carrier, not the shipper) and the owner e-mailed me right away saying another order was being sent out overnight that day so my fresh bread would still be fresh! Ended up with 2 orders and both were just fine.

The Gifted Bread dinner rolls are my go to for many meals. The other day I used them to make mini sliders- with a small ground beef patty and carmelized onions. Also excellent with salads. They are celiac-safe and very good!
