Gluten-Free Peach & Burrata Sliders

Gluten-Free Peach & Burrata Sliders

Eating with your hands is supposedly bad manners. This summer, consider it the plan.

These gluten-free peach and burrata sliders are everything you want from summer party food: sweet, creamy, a little savory, and ready in 15 minutes with no oven required. Soft Gifted Breads dinner rolls cradle torn burrata, ripe peaches, a fold of prosciutto, and a drizzle of honey.

They’re the kind of no-bake appetizer that looks like you fussed and tastes like you really fussed — but you didn’t. Here’s the build.

Ingredients

Makes 8 · 15 minutes · No oven · Gluten-free

  • 8 Gifted Breads Dinner Rolls, halved
  • 8 oz burrata, torn into pieces
  • 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
  • 1 handful fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Flaky salt & black pepper
  • Optional: a few folds of prosciutto

How to make peach & burrata sliders

  1. Toast the cut sides of the rolls in a dry skillet for a minute, just until warm and lightly golden — or skip it and keep them pillowy.
  2. Layer torn burrata over the bottom halves, then the peach slices and basil.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and honey, then finish with flaky salt and a few grinds of pepper.
  4. Add a fold of prosciutto if you like, close the rolls, and serve right away while everything is cool and fresh.

Baker’s tip

No ripe peaches yet? Nectarines, figs, or even strawberries work beautifully — anything sweet and juicy plays well against the creamy burrata.
