Each handmade demi-baguette measures approximately 6 inches in length. Due to the artisanal nature of our process, slight variations in size may occur.

At Gifted Breads, we’re dedicated to delivering your bread as fresh as possible, straight from our ovens to your doorstep. Since we do not use artificial preservatives, please freeze your bread immediately upon arrival to maintain its quality and ensure it lasts until the best-by date.
For the freshly baked taste and aroma, follow these easy heating instructions:
1) Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C)
2) Remove the bread from its packaging *Extra Tip: For an even crispier crust, lightly brush a bit of water on top before baking
3) Heating Times:
Frozen Bread: Bake for 10 minutes or until the interior is warm.
Room Temperature Bread: Bake for 5 minutes or until the interior is warm.

Why we ship early in the week: Our bread is preservative-free, so we time deliveries to make sure it arrives at its freshest. Orders placed late in the week ship the following Monday.
You may receive part of your order via Instacart. If you order Demi-Baguettes or Dinner Rolls, we sometimes deliver those through Instacart from a local store, with the rest of your order shipping via UPS.
This is intentional — these products have been temperature-controlled all the way to your local store, so Instacart delivery means you get the freshest possible bread on the days UPS isn't shipping. Add your phone number at checkout and we'll send Instacart tracking directly to you.

finally a bread company where "you can barely tell it's gluten free." my kids love the rolls to dip in olive oil. they take time to bake in the oven is the only draw back, but its worth the wait and I imagine if they had a faster bake time- the texture and taste would be sacrificed. we have used the baguettes for hoagies, but they break pretty easily. my boys would be OVER the moon if you could make a sizable/wider baguette for a hoagie style sandwich that wouldn't fall apart as easily as the skinny ones... pretzel rolls are delicious too! please make a wider hoagie baguette.. thank you!!!!

The best bread I have had in 3 years, It didn't have that gritty texture other gluten free brads have. I have missed that crunch of artisan bread! I am also diabetic and my BS did not spike like it would do with regular bread! I will definitely order again!
For someone who has had to change their diet after having a baby, this is the next best thing! Its hard to find good GF especially for someone who has had no issues with gluten growing up into their adult life. One is always comparing - this bread really is so delicious. I do find that its better popped into the oven frozen... Thank you
