WHAT'S INCLUDED?

2 bags of demi-baguettes (total of 12 breads of 6'' baguettes)

2 bags of French dinner rolls (total of 24 dinner rolls)

INGREDIENTS

Water, whole grain brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, egg white, whole grain sorghum flour, cornstarch, extra virgin olive oil, salt, yeast, organic cane sugar, xanthan gum, apple cider vinegar.

Contains: Egg.

Free from: Gluten, dairy, nuts (all, including peanuts), tree nuts, coconut, sesame, soy, lupin, artificial preservatives, and seed oils.

Flours sourced from regenerative farming. Non-GMO.

STORAGE & PREPARATION

Freeze upon arrival. Keep frozen until ready to enjoy.

To bake:
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Lightly sprinkle water on top
- Bake dinner rolls for 3–7 minutes
- Bake demi-baguettes for 10–14 minutes, until warm and soft inside

We ship via UPS on Mondays and Tuesdays. Need it sooner? Next Day Air ships through Thursday.

Why we ship early in the week: Our bread is preservative-free, so we time deliveries to make sure it arrives at its freshest. Orders placed late in the week ship the following Monday.

You may receive part of your order via Instacart. If you order Demi-Baguettes or Dinner Rolls, we sometimes deliver those through Instacart from a local store, with the rest of your order shipping via UPS.

This is intentional — these products have been temperature-controlled all the way to your local store, so Instacart delivery means you get the freshest possible bread on the days UPS isn't shipping. Add your phone number at checkout and we'll send Instacart tracking directly to you.

We ship within the US only. No PO boxes.
