Our breads are shipped fresh, allowing you to freeze them upon arrival. We do not use artificial preservatives and freezing upon receipt helps preserve their freshness, ensuring they're perfect when you enjoy them. Whether you prefer to prepare them thawed or frozen, always follow to the heating instructions for the perfect bread experience!

To ensure their freshness, we schedule shipments on Mondays and Wednesdays, preventing them from being held in UPS' warehouse.

 Pretzel Rolls will be shipped in French Dinner Roll bags until end of October 2024.

Shipping:

We ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays through UPS to ensure the bread arrives as fresh as possible and to prevent it from being held at UPS' warehouse over the weekend. If you're nearby Chicago and delivery takes one business day, we might ship your order on Wednesday as well. Delivery times vary depending on location. Shipping within the US only. No PO boxes. 

We send the bread to you fresh, but when you receive them, please freeze them promptly. We don't use artificial preservatives. Make sure to follow the heating instructions for the best bread experience.

Ingredients (all of our flours are NON-GMO):

Large baguette: water, whole grain brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, egg white, sorghum flour, cornstarch, extra virgin olive oil, salt, yeast, brown sugar, xanthan gum, apple cider vinegar.

Demi-baguette & French Dinner rolls: water, whole grain brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, egg white, sorghum flour, cornstarch, extra virgin olive oil, honey, salt, yeast, xanthan gum, apple cider vinegar. Contains egg.

Pretzel Rolls: water, whole grain brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, egg white, sorghum flour, cornstarch, extra virgin olive oil, salt, yeast, brown sugar, xanthan gum, apple cider vinegar, sodium hydroxide (lye). Contains egg.

Excellent breads

Really enjoyed the assortment of breads. I only tried one selection in the past and did not know how much I was missing out on. I have tried many gluten free breads in the past five years but these are some of the closest to bakery bread I have come across.

Finally.

I haven't had good bread for so long. This bread is what I've been looking for. It has a good crunch and amazing flavor. None of that 'grit' you usually get with gluten free. I made Pioneer Woman's olive cheese bread for the first time in 6 years. You can't go wrong with the baguettes, the French bread, or the dinner rolls.
