Ingredients* for bun and pretzel baguettes: Water, whole grain brown rice flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, cornstarch, organic cane sugar, extra virgin olive oil, organic psyllium husk powder, salt, apple cider vinegar, xanthan gum, yeast, and sodium hydroxide (lye).
Ingredients* for large baguette: Water, whole grain brown rice flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, cornstarch, organic cane sugar, extra virgin olive oil, organic psyllium husk powder, salt, apple cider vinegar, xanthan gum and yeast.
*Our flours are sourced from regenerative farming and are non-GMO.

At Gifted Breads, we’re dedicated to delivering your bread as fresh as possible, straight from our ovens to your doorstep. Since we do not use artificial preservatives, please freeze your bread immediately upon arrival to maintain its quality and ensure it lasts until the best-by date.
Heating Instructions
For the freshly baked taste and aroma, follow these easy heating instructions:
1) Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2) Remove the bread from its packaging.
*Extra Tip: For an even crispier crust, lightly brush a bit of water on top before baking.
3) Heating Times:
Frozen Bread: Bake for 10 minutes or until the interior is warm.
Room Temperature Bread: Bake for 5 minutes or until the interior is warm.

We ship via UPS on Mondays and Tuesdays. Need it sooner? Next Day Air ships through Thursday.
Why we ship early in the week: Our bread is preservative-free, so we time deliveries to make sure it arrives at its freshest. Orders placed late in the week ship the following Monday.
You may receive part of your order via Instacart. If you order Demi-Baguettes or Dinner Rolls, we sometimes deliver those through Instacart from a local store, with the rest of your order shipping via UPS.
This is intentional — these products have been temperature-controlled all the way to your local store, so Instacart delivery means you get the freshest possible bread on the days UPS isn't shipping. Add your phone number at checkout and we'll send Instacart tracking directly to you.

These baguettes were so delicious! I know that gluten-free bread is tricky so I made sure to follow the directions and heated them in the oven. I sliced into them and steam escaped, it was like they were freshly baked. They made an amazing sandwich.

That’s never the experience we want for anyone, especially when you were hoping for that satisfying, crunchy bite and soft crumb that a baguette should deliver.Our breads are carefully crafted to achieve just that—but because we don’t use artificial preservatives and ship our breads fresh, proper storage and preparation are essential to bring out the intended texture and flavor. Sometimes, if the bread wasn’t frozen right away or if shipping was delayed, it can unfortunately affect the final result.

2️⃣ Did you bake it straight from frozen in a fully preheated oven (400–415°F) for 10–12 minutes?
